Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in kitchen design, including project management and client interaction.
Proficient in CAD software and 3D rendering for kitchen design. Material & Building Code Knowledge: Expert in kitchen materials (e.g., countertops, cabinets, appliances) and familiar with building codes.
Skills: Good communication skills, creativity, problem solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Project & Client Management: Able to manage multiple projects at once and maintain good relationships with clients.

Senior Project Sales

Generate leads, and build relation with client, Architects, Interior designer by setup meeting for presentation, update new product and possibly new potential projects
Follow up project owner and architect/interior designer as target set, reach new customer and mantain existing customer
Managing interior projects from making proposal and price quotation, site survey, finalizing finishes, creating order list, managing customer payments, supervising delivery and set up.
Collaborate with internal designer, estimator and whole team work to provide project proposal
Build strategy plan for sales & marketing; manage sales target monthly for closer achivement the target; and sales business report
Handling customer complaints.
Evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing progress until achive the target.

Job Description:

Create 3D visuals based on design specifications.
Accurately model and render interiors and loose furniture with high-quality results.

Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree (S1) will be considered if drawing test results meet expectations.

Placement:
Jakarta Design Center, Slipi, Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

Create and edit visual content (photos/videos) of interior products, ensuring high aesthetic quality and effective composition.
Write clear and persuasive product descriptions, highlighting features and benefits, and include relevant SEO keywords.
Develop creative content, including DIY tutorials, decoration tips, and design inspiration in various formats (e.g., articles, infographics, videos).
Manage social media accounts, post content regularly, engage with followers, and implement effective social media marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to stay updated on interior design trends, analyze competitors, and understand target audience preferences.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content and provide constructive feedback.
